To post an ad:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on "Post an Ad" at the top right corner.
  • Select the category, fill in the required details, upload photos, and submit your ad. Your ad will be live on the website in no time!

Yes! You can edit or delete your ad at any time. Simply log into your account, go to "My Ads," and choose the option to either edit or delete your listing.

If you have any questions about a listing, you can easily reach out to the seller directly through our platform. Simply use the Chat With Seller function on the product listing page to send a message to the seller. This feature ensures secure and private communication, allowing you to inquire about the product, negotiate, or clarify any details before making a purchase.

If you prefer, you may also use external methods such as email or phone to communicate with the seller or buyer. However, please note that conversations outside of our platform are not under our control or responsibility. We advise both the buyer and seller to use caution and ensure their safety when using these external communication methods.

Any listing that involves the sale, distribution, or promotion of illegal items or substances, including but not limited to illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, stolen property, or any other items prohibited by law, will be immediately removed. In addition, users found violating these rules will face account suspension or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation.

If you no longer wish to use BestAds-NY, you can delete your account by going to Account Settings and selecting "Delete Account". Please note, once your account is deleted, all your listings will be removed, and you cannot recover the account.
